How to Contact us
Although some of our more popular appointment times are booked far in advance,
we will try our best to find a way for one of our doctors to assist you
with your very urgent or emergency problems. If you have an emergency
health problem, a visit to the Emergency Room at Aiken Regional Medical
Centers may be necessary. Please call if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment.

Telephone
Our office telephone number is (803) 643-1090. We encourage
all our patients and prospective patients to contact us with any questions
they may have. Please make non-emergency calls between 9:00 a.m.
and 5:00 p.m. When you call the office, a member of our staff will
either schedule an appointment for you or route your call to the person
most able to help you. If your doctor or his nurse is unable to speak
with you at that moment, we will relay your message to them and they will
return your call later in the day.
The Department of Health & Environmental Control (DHEC) in South Carolina has recently been urging physicians and other health care providers to put forth more effort to prevent prescription fraud. To comply with that directive, we do not call in prescriptions to pharmacies. Please remember to ask for refills and/or renewals of your prescriptions at the time of your visits here.
If you are calling to inquire about laboratory or x-ray results, a message
will be relayed to the nurse and she will call you back after speaking
with the doctor. If you are calling for a prescription refill, please
call during office hours so that we can have your medical records available
when we speak with you. We will have your prescription refills called
in to your pharmacy by the end of the day.
Fax
Our fax number is (803) 643-8080. If you have documentation

your fax to us is to be directed to a certain member of our staff, please
indicate this clearly on a cover sheet, along with any instructions concerning
handling your fax that you may have.
